Returns / Exchange Policy

We currently do not refund or exchange unless the staff made a mistake or is out of stock of a certain item. If you have received an incorrect order, we're happy to accommodate and correct the issue. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Contact us at by hitting the contact tab on our site and include: 

- Your order number 
- Name on the order 
- Email the order was made with 
- Your request.

If my items are damaged, defective or incorrect:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us at by hitting the contact tab on our site and include:

- Your order number 
- Name on the order 
- Email the order was made with 
- Your request and most importantly 
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. 
The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in a future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Cancel Order Policy

Unfortunately, since all of our orders are custom and made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production.

Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please contact us at by hitting the contact tab on our site and include:

- Your order number 
- Name on the order 
- Email the order was made with, and 
- Your request.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
